My personal Developer instance is offline and will not wake back up from hibernation, any help would be much appreciated.

Hi Steven,

Your developer instance is currently offline due to a datacenter maintenance in progress. Once work has completed, your instance will be online and ready for use.

Unfortunately, we do not have any ETA. We are actively working on this issue. If you have a backup of your instance like update sets or on git, you may release this instance and get a new one.
