Unfortunately, we have been unsuccessful in trying to recover your instance.
You may request a new instance by following the below steps:
Login to https://developer.servicenow.com >> click either "Start Building" or "Request Instance" on the top right-hand corner.
Developer instances are not guaranteed the same reliability as production instances - they can be lost due to hardware or backup failures.
Please ensure you are using update sets or a git integration to back up the changes you've made within your instance. This will help to mitigate this issue moving forward.

My instance is not hibernating could any one help me please & showing error your instance is offline.
