Hi My instance is not waking from hibernation even when the home page is saying start building it takes me back to hibernating page.

Hi Ugonna,

Your developer instance is currently offline due to a datacenter maintenance in progress. Once work has completed, your instance will be online and ready for use.

Unfortunately, we do not have any ETA. We are actively working on this issue. If you have a backup of your instance like update sets or on git, you may release this instance and get a new one.
