I've gone through 3 PDIs in the last week, each one doesn't wake from hibernation after the first night. The current one is dev76535. Did something change on the back end? They never used to be like this.

My instance is showing Offline for 4 days now, I have tried multiple times everyday for it to wake with no luck. Do I need to release and request a new one?
