I'm also having issues with my developer instance https://dev62022.service-now.com/. Someone who can help taking it online? It just says "offline" and does change that when refreshing.

I requested a personal instance, however when I click on start building nothing happens, I already tried releasing it or wiping the instance but nothing seems to work.
