Instance Help

It looks like my instance is down, can anyone help me on this ?@

I requested a personal instance, however when I click on start building nothing happens, I already tried releasing it or wiping the instance but nothing seems to work.

I requested a fresh Rome instance but it's now stuck provisioning instance. Any help getting this reset would be appreciated, thank you!

We've fixed the issue. You should be able to request the instance now.

Hello Dev Team,

I am also having issues getting a instance provisioned. I am trying to spin up a Quebec instance. I have tried on 2 different accounts and both are stuck and just say "Instance Status: Provisioning Instance". I tried releasing the instance on one of the accounts but that made no difference.
