You should be able to log in to the developer site now. Can you please try now? Please clear the browser history and caches before login in.

We've fixed the issue. You should be able to request the instance now.

Hi SN-Team,

my instance does not work since yesterday. It got stuck with "Provisioning Instance". Releasing it did not help. Can you take a look?
