My instance failed up upgrade to Rome, can this be fixed or is releasing my instance and requesting a new one my only option? dev79829

Hello,

I am having an issue where once my PDI (114545) hibernates, it will not wake up.  Releasing and obtaining a new PDI has the same issue.  Also, I'm not sure if it's related, but I have also noticed that when I use the "Start Building" button, it takes me to the wrong instance.  Could there be something wrong with my account, and it's trying to wake the wrong instance?

Flow designer seems to be having issues responding. When creating a custom action, you can't click the + button to add a step. It just sits there unresponsive. Similar, switching between Input and Output is unresponsive, as well as more often than not, clicking Create Input is unresponsive. 

 Troubleshooting steps I have already taken:

1. Clearing browsing cache: cookies and history
2. Using alternate browser: Edge, Chrome
3. Releasing and re-requesting new instance
4. Trying different versions of ServiceNow: Paris, Quebec, Rome
