My instance (dev108191) was apparently reclaimed disregarding activity on the instance.  I had been working on it all last week (developing UI Builder portals) and was surprised to get an inactivity email on 10/25 after only two days of not making a change on it.  I logged in on 10/25 and made a change just to be safe and today my instance is gone and no backup is listed.  This was two months of R&D work for a project so any help would be greatly appreciated!!
