My instance has been down for more than a week for some unscheduled maintenance. Can anyone tell me when it will be back up?

My instance (dev102577) has been down for over a week for "unscheduled maintenance." Does anyone know when it will be back? It keeps trying to refresh, but it never comes up. Thank you.

Hi,
my PDI (dev66444) is already for few days hibernating and is not waking-up. Trying everyday to wake up, however, after few tries I get suggestion to report the issue with reply; but still no-one helped so far.

Posting here will no longer help because ServiceNow has stopped monitoring this forum last month. To get assistance about PDI, it's now necessary to Send a Feedback. Click the icon at the bottom right hand side of the page in Developer's Instance page.
