I've been getting a message about "Developer Instance is undergoing unscheduled maintenance." for over a week now on dev115942.

Has anyone tried to log a change request on a fresh san diego instance? I cannot get past authorize.

Can anyone help to retrieve my PDI instance - dev120570. It gives me error as - "Instances with no activity for over 10 days will be claimed back in to the pool."

Hello, my Quebec instance has been down for a while and not coming out of hibernation.  Could you assist me with this?

I have tried to upgraded my  Quebec with latest version to my PDI instance which was unsuccessful and now the instance is offline, kindly help to make it online.
