Has anyone tried to log a change request on a fresh san diego instance? I cannot get past authorize.

Can anyone help to retrieve my PDI instance - dev120570. It gives me error as - "Instances with no activity for over 10 days will be claimed back in to the pool."

Hi, My PDI has been down for over 3 days now with the following message "Developer Instance is undergoing unscheduled maintenance. Get Notified when your PDI is available." Is there a way to get this back online?
