I have tried to upgraded my  Quebec with latest version to my PDI instance which was unsuccessful and now the instance is offline, kindly help to make it online.

Hi, My PDI has been down for over 3 days now with the following message "Developer Instance is undergoing unscheduled maintenance. Get Notified when your PDI is available."  Is there a way to get this back online?

Nobody in this forum can help you. You'll need to contact ServiceNow to get assistance on ServiceNow instance.
