My instance is broken

My instance had some issues before and I think it was wiped and a ndew one was issued (dev187443.service-now.com) can someone help me get my old intance back? it seems to work when I log in through incognito

NO PDI support available, so there is no way to get old PDI , this is what the fact.

Hi @Steven60 ,

 

Sorry to say, but when first the old instance has been reclaimed to the pool, then there is no option to get it back. Only solution is to work with the new instance issued or release the new and request a fresh installation if needed.
