AI Search for Next Experience is not loading results

Hi,

I am working on getting AI Search for Next Experience enabled on our environment. When I enabled it, the screen says "loading" but never loads. Does anyone know what the issue could be?

I also noticed it says ~Undefined~ in the URL, which I believe is related.

We are on the most recent patch of Utah, and have opened a case because we are seeing the same issue.
SN has been able to replicate it as well, so the problem may be back.

Any update from SN on this issue?

This is fixed in Utah Patch 6 - For further details, please review KB14457780: The global search for a record either does nothing or it gets stuck loading for AI Search enabled instance.

@Brian Bakker Thanks for the reply, we currently do not have AI Search property enabled / configured on our instance. We are still seeing an issue with CSM Configurable Workspace global search getting stuck on the loading loop screen. Do we need to configure the AI Search property and set it to false to resolve this issue?

A search application configuration specifies the search engine and the settings to use for search in a Now Platform application. The [CSM AIS] Configurable Workspace Search Config search application configuration is provided with the CSM Configurable Workspace store app.

To access this configuration, navigate to AI Search > Search Experience > Search Applications. Did you migrate your Zing search configuration?
