Hi,
I am having a major issue with Portal Ai search after upgrading to tokyo , I cant narrow down the root cause. once you search a specific catalog item, it displays the results in the suggested and once you clicked, the catalog item is opening in catalog item opening in
If the user clicks the "Suggested catalog item its routing to below url:
https://<instance>.service-now.com/sp?id=sc_cat_item&table=sc_cat_item&sys_id=<sys id>
At this point, it looks like we are either going to have to disable the Suggested results from showing up
Any tips or suggestions would be really appreciated!

Hello Kumar,
To open the search result record on the Service Portal instead of the form " id=form&table=sc_cat_item&sys_id=656e5b954f23c200cac04", you need to check the Action Name field set as the Declarative Action "navigation", which is configured on the associated record for Catalogs in the "Service Portal > AI Search > Search Results Actions" application, as this may be pointing to an incorrect Declarative Action [sys_declarative_action_assignment] record.
I hope this helps.
Regards,
Brian

There are several records with the same "navigation" name for the Declarative Action [sys_declarative_action_assignment] record. Please check you are using the right one, otherwise log a case with ServiceNow Support, so that we can assist you further.
