Recommended actions for Task Intelligence solutions

Hi,

 

When setting up Task Intelligence, as the final step I am asked to setup recommended actions. Does anyone know whether the Incident context and recommended actions should appear OOB pre-configured? I can't see any at when using the OOB setup.

 

Is there any guidance on setting this up or importing a pre-configured version?

Hi,

 

I figured out that the plugin ‘Service Operations Workspace ITSM Applications’ was missing and is required to setup recommended actions. Will continue and revert back if there are any issues.

Hi Chaz, when you go to All > Config Recommended Actions> Incident Context > Active Incident Rule >Incident Field Values prediction is it set to true (see below)?

Hi Lener,

 

I just installed Task intelligence on a sandbox instance and I can't see any rules for incident configured, or a incident context. So, the above recommendations are not visible at all. I'm not sure what I'm missing.

Yes those are both installed.
