Can we request Servicenow to run Health scan and score card for the cloned instance

Hi we have completed cloning for test instance from production now want to do a health scan and also need a instance health score card Can we raise a HI ticket for this or we can run health scan by our own?

You can use Instance Scan for this. I have attached a pdf below. Its a Data sheet of ServiceNow Health Scan.
