Why in my personal instance(Tokyo version), I can't retrieve plugin External Credential Storage.

1. Please navigate to developer portal (https://developer.servicenow.com/dev.do#!/home)
2. Navigate to Your Profile > Instance Action > Activate Plugin
3. Search for the plugin External Credential Storage and activate it.
Please refer the screenshot for reference.

Where did you see that such plugin exists? somewhere in the docs?
I guess you will have separate plugins per provider not like this but i'm not sure too.
Let me know the ref from where you got this info..
