Hi Everyone,
I would like to know how the subscription for IT Service Management Professional - Unrestricted User v2 calculated.
And is it possible to run it on demand?
The Last calculated was on a while ago and I have done some clean-up of inactive profiles since then but it is not reflecting in the Subscriptions module

As you're on the unrestricted license model, I'd suggest looking at the below infographic and liaising with your account manager if the indication doesn't reset automatically.

I dont see the "Sync Now" button. Does it need any special roles ? (I have the Admin role already).

What is the license type? You can only sync per-use licenses.
If you go to "Subscription Configuration" is auto-sync user sets checked?

Hi Keiran,
The license type is "Max-User". I would like some insight into the logic behind the number that shows up in the 'Allocated' column. So that I can know if I'm on the right track by cleaning up inactive users.
