This article http://wiki.servicenow.com/index.php?title=Variable_Types#Using_Variable_Attributes
Alludes to "The following descriptions list the attributes supported for each variable type." ..but never actually displays such a list.
Where can I find a list of these attributes? The only one mentioned is "max_length" which is shown in the screenshot.
The question was asked here, and while a solution was given, the question which was his title is not answered.
Attributes for Catalog Text Variables
Thanks,

I believe this is the data you are looking for: http://wiki.servicenow.com/index.php?title=Dictionary_Attributes#Available_Attributes
UPDATE: sorry, I just read, "This isn't currently possible. You can't add dictionary attributes to a service catalog variable." From Mark Stanger
Hope that helps!

Yeah, I don't know about dictionary attributes, but max_length is an attribute you can add to variables, and it isn't even on the dictionary attributes list.

Nope, still no answer, I've found only a couple just searching for variables that have attributes defined out of box. However, in some cases, I can't determine what the variable setting actually does.
