What are the tables involved in Service Mapping? How are Application Services, Business Application, and Business Services are different from each other and how are they being used in CMDB?
Under the Actions Button within a Service Map, where the options are reject service map or approve service map. I don't see these approvals on the service map record. Where is the approval stored? Does it record the date approved or rejected, etc.?
