Add text to a Record Producer without using More Information

Is there a way to add general Text to a Record Producer, after the label and before the field box?

I do not want to use the "More Information" drop-down help text, since that requires the user to click the box to see the text. I just need a line of text to display persistently.

Is this possible with a Catalog Client Script?
