Adding activities to ticket conversations widget?

Has anyone successfully added other field changes besides the "Additional Comments" field to the Ticket Conversations widget?  The goal is to get activities from the back end to show in the portal.  Thanks in advance everyone!

Hi Priyanka, thanks for the response.  I'm looking at those links, unfortunately I don't think they are giving too much help in adding other field changes to the Ticket Conversations widget.

I'm guessing I'm going to need to clone the widget and play with it, OOB it does not appear possible to add other field changes.  For example, when the State on an incident changes, I want that to show like it does in the back end.

SN docs shows this:

and I'm thinking that other field changes don't write to the "journal"?

Hi Patrick, I have the same query. I wanna add 'field changes' to this 'ticket conversations' widget. Please let me know what worked for you back then?
