Agent Workspace "more" button in tab navigation bar

Is there any way to edit the more button on agent work space?

Hi Daniel,

I begin with a "Duh". I didn't see that you were pointing at those dots. Those are sadly (at least in Madrid) of limits and nothing you can configure to show up there. I'm guessing they just made them as three dots so people should recognise them as a menu instead of coming up with something new. I'll ask around and see if I can get some info if they are on the roadmap or similar. Need thou to be something different since they aren't connected to the record it self, but more of a global version, and I dont think you want to make global UI actions. Any reasons why you isn't happy to have them on tha menu? Doesn't it make more sense since the three dots you have now is connected to the record itself, up there you can have multiple tabs where all are "connected" to that three dots you want to configure.

Hi Daniel,

Can you explain a bit more what you mean with "edit"? Since under that tree dots are UI actions that will show up. If you check this field on a UI Action called "workspace form menu", the button will show up under the menu.

What i mean by edit is, modify and add a create request UI Action to the three dots i circled in the original screen shot, I currently have the create REQ on the form UI Action button in the screenshot but would like to move it to the other button. sorry if that sound confusing

Thanks for your insight and info 

I was really looking for a one size fits all approach to this so my help desk agents could create a request from any form they are on inside workspace. Right now, they are filling out requests through the service portal so i was wanting lower the amount of browsers they would have to open. I ended up doing what you said,  Added the create request button under the more UI Actions (three dots) on the form for each of the tables i have set up in my workspace, It essentially does the same thing i was going for.
