Hi,
I am working on configuring our Problem Module. I am able to assign Problems to a Group, however when I click on "Assign To" the members show up as blank. I am able to use the same Group for Incidents and assign the Incident to an individual in that Group. Any advise will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Arnab

Hi - the new Madrid requires additional setup - the 'assigned to' field has a dictionary override for the problem tale where the reference specification require the 'problem_coordinator' role, as per below screenshot:
Hope this helps
Cheers
Carl.

I just ran into this same issue in Rome but doing the opposite solved my issue. Once I unchecked 'Override Reference Qualifier' then updated, the users show up in the Assigned to field now.

Hi,
Here you need to add one more role.
1. ITIL (This is by default role there for the group).
2. Additionally when you are working on problem management you need to provide one more role as problem_coordinator.
When you give this role to your group in assigned to the users are visible.
If helpful please mark it as correct.
Thanks,
Rushikesh
