Auto-refresh Incident lists

Hi,

 

Has anyone managed to work out a way of making record lists automatically refresh? Our service Desk are asking for this functionality, although currently the only way I'm aware of being able to do it is using a Homepage / Gauge and setting the auto-refresh per user. The only problem with this method is that the breadcrumb filter doesn't appear which is quite useful for large queues.

 

This feature could of course have performance implications if given out to all users, so I'd also like to be able to restrict this function to certain roles.

Yes, I have implemented this already and it is a great utility. However, I found that in Calgary it causes modules to disappear if browsing with the iPad interface. As we have a lot of mobile users, we had to turn this off. It looks like it may be fixed from Dublin onward, so we'll no doubt re-enable it when we upgrade, Thanks for the suggestion though Bhavesh.
