Hi All,
I have Issue with Arrangement order of Additional comments and work notes in hr cases forms in one Table(sn_hr_core_case_relations) it is showing like as shown below
and other hr case table (sn_hr_core_case_relations) shoeing differently as shown in below fig.
in form config/design it is like
where i am trying to arrange at form design/configure but still it not been arranged on form as we configure.
required order is to be like Work notes is to 1st ,Then Additional comments.
Could you Pleas help me to fix this.

check the application scope , make sure you are in correct application scope.
have you checked the view ? are you in correct view ?

yes , all are in default view only,
and Checked scope , all form's scope may different but under form config the order is same as shown image.

glide.ui.sn_hr_core_case_relations_activity.fields
see what is the order has been set , make the changes based on your need.

Hi Nagraj,
You need to check the application scope and view of the form whether you are in correct view or not and the scope as well.
To check the application scope. Match if your current application scope is same as your form's application scope.
2. Form view you need to see if it is correct view in which you are doing modification. Easiest way to modify the form is FORM DESIGN. There you can see the fields in proper section as you see in your form and you can drag and drop it from there.
3. Check if there is some security Rule which is not allowing you to perform this function when you are in correct application scope and view.
