Can't see incident application in new Mobile Agent app in dev environment

I upgraded to New York and I was trying to test the new Now Agent mobile app so I can plan my production rollout of it for my ITSM agents. I believe I have installed all the plugins needed but the only thing I see in the mobile app is Service Catalog even though I read that the Incident app should be available out of the box. I can't seem to find a comprehensive document on how to get the baseline ITSM mobile functionality running on the new Agent app.

Hi Jeff,
With New York, we have Now Mobile app and Now Agent app. They are different apps purpose built for different kinds of users.
The Now Mobile app is targeted at the regular employee or requestor. It contains the ability for an employee to browse the service catalog, knowledge base, submit incidents or requests and track updates to their requests.
The Now Agent app is targeted at the fulfiller or agent persona. This contains default incident management use cases for the agent.
Please ensure you are using the right app. If you are still seeing issues, please reach out to our customer support for help.

Be sure you have the ITSM Mobile plugin activated. Because you upgraded to NY, it is likely not activated by default. It should then show up in the Agent mobile application by default. If you want to see it in the Now Mobile app, you need to add it to the navigation bar. I have the exact same issue, I have loaded all of the plugins but still nothing. I have also added the PPM plugin as I want to use that app as well, but it does not show...(Knowledge also not showing...)
I even repaired the plugin and added the data option this time, but still nothing...
I looked and both Mobile Applications are active and they look pretty much the same as the service catalog application:Any clues what I am missing?

Are you in the Now Mobile application on your mobile device or the Mobile Agent application? If you are in the Now Mobile application, you might need to activate ITSM and PPM for use in that app. I recommend using the Mobile Agent app for this.
