Can we copy an image from our desktop and do a paste on the incident?
The Service desk team doesn't like the idea of taking a screenshot, saving the image and then uploading it to the ticket.

There's a Chrome extension called ServiceNow Utils that will allow you to do this as well.

When you attach the image using the attachment clip it will be visible in the work notes. Is it what that you want?
