It seems like it's not possible, but you can capture these changes in the activity log, and the agent will be able to see them. Also, after the first time the changes are made, it’s hard to tell if the values have changed again or not.

Hello Everyone,
Is there any way or any method anyone knows to highlight the variables on the catalogue form which user has modified the variable values.
For example,
There is a variable Request For and based on that it's email and location got populated and requester has modified the mail id so just wanted to highlight that filed on catalog form
Wanted to check is it feasible
Can anyone please help me with this,
