Hi Everyone,
I encountered a problem with a specific catalog item. This catalog item has 30 LookUp SelectBox fields. The issue is that when you load the catalog item on the service portal, it takes a long time to finish, approximately 30-33 seconds. Sometimes I receive logs of "Slow ACL" pointing to the "cmdb_ci_computer" (ACL type is read), and sometimes I do not.
Has anyone encountered this issue as well? Our instance version is Yokohama.
By the way, those 30 LookUp SelectBox fields are configured in different tables.

I've experienced this with one lookup box and have avoided using them since whenever possible. Per the note on the Docs site for this variable type, they don't work well for tables with a lot of data. Even with a reference qualifier that limits it to a few records, a query is still executed against the entire table. Recommendation is to use reference variables instead.
