Hi Team,
I am working on two enhancement with integration of SNOW and Chat bot
1. W need to store the chat history of the session in SNOW tables and required for reports
2.To create the incident based on the Chatbot details ?
Any suggestion what would be my approach?

There is some information on chatbots provided in the below article especially on leveraging ChatOps, bots, and APIs for automating manual processes:

FYI, ServiceNow is working on its own chatbots; an integration with IBM Watson Conversation Service planned for Kingston, and a native chatbot based on the Qlue acquisition planned for London
Depending on the chat client you use, it would affect if you need a net new table or can leverage existing live_message tables.
If you're using connect, perhaps this whitepaper can help with ideas: SN-Conversation Service Whitepaper V.pdf

I am not sure what Chat client they will be using right now
As per you suggestion we should use the Live_message table not the custom table.
Do you know when the Service now Chatbot is getting released?
