Create problem ticket from Incident record for closed incident not showing " Create Problem"

Hi Team, 

" Create Problem" from context menu on incident  record page is showing only when incident is in  open, inprogress, on-hold and resolved. but not showing when incident is in closed state.

Hi @Ashok B 

 

That is the Expected functionality. You can have the Create Problem option in Incidents only if it is not closed.

The reason is, If the issue in the incident is already fixed then incident will be closed so there will be no use of creating a problem if it is already fixed.
