Hey @MadhuL ,

One you linked your account to Webassessor account, it will take 24-48 hours to link. Once your account is linked then you will redirected to claim your voucher where you need to pay the amount shown using credit card, once your successfully paid the amount then you can schedule your CSA exam.

If you need discount coupon message me, I will help you to redeem.

All the best for your exam!

Thanks,
Bhimashankar H

it is all correct.

There are two things - [1] training and [2] claiming the voucher.

You cannot go and directly claim/purchase the voucher, you need first to complete the training to be eligible for claiming the voucher. While the first step (training) is free, the second (voucher) is NOT...

Imagine the training as the entrance door and voucher as the flat door, you need two keys... while the first was free, the second is paid.

Please refer to this below, I added many links for you:
https://www.servicenow.com/community/sysadmin-forum/servicenow-university-vouchers-eligibility-free-...

No need to wait 48 hours, you cannot claim the voucher without paying for it. Also, be aware that it is without taxes, so it will be VAT of your country (around 20-25 % on average).

Hi @MURALIR20469232

unfortunately it will not link as you suggested. Let's wait 48 hours as you said and there will be no change...

@MadhuL

You passed the training, you became eligible for the voucher. But eligible doesn't mean freePlease refer directly to this document: Voucher distribution

@MadhuL please let me know after 48 hours

@MadhuL there are no discount coupons, please don't believe it!

Please navigate to ServiceNow official materials

And if you don't believe me, it's okay, you can refer directly to this document:

Hi @MadhuL

"Eligible doesn't mean it's free"

🎟️ Think of the process like a concert invitation:
Passing the free training is like getting an invitation to a concert.
But to actually get in, you still need to pay for the admission ticket (claiming the exam voucher).

that is correct, please refer to my post:

Hi @MadhuL

There is nothing wrong here. You need to pay to book the certification exam - it’s not free.

If my answer has helped with your question, please mark my answer as the accepted solution and give a thumbs up.

Hi @MadhuL

The second screenshot indicates that you need to pay $300 to claim the voucher. Currently, the training is free of cost, but the voucher is not. So you’ll need to pay the amount to claim it, mate

Yes @Dr Atul G- LNG is right. And it is 300 bucks + taxes, so we talk about 340-360 depending on the VAT rate of your country.

@MadhuL none of the two responses you accepted as solution are unfortunately correct. I understand that you wish to hear that you will not need to pay for the voucher, but the truth is that without the payment you will not be able to register for your CSA exam.

Please consider to remove it as correct answer as it will might make another Community members think that the voucher is for free. It is not free.

You pass the training, you will become eligible for the voucher. But eligible doesn't mean free.

Please consider changing what is the real solution in this situation but claiming a voucher is not free...
