display form variables in activity stream (task/ritm)

Hello, Colleagues. 

I'm facing the following situation: I need to display 

1. Information that is updated from form variables automatically added as worknotes, both at RITM and Catalog Task level
   

2. (to show up in Activity Stream!!)

Any idea???
