Email notifications

Hi Experts,

 

I am trying to send the notification to the caller when the problem priority got changed,

for that i have created 1.New event in event registry 2.Business rule 3.New notification.

but notification are not triggered while priority changed.

please find the attachments.

 

Please help me why its not working

why not use flow designer for this?

it would be straight forward solution and you need not create event, notification etc
