Email send ignored

Hi all, in my PDI even if I added receipent. Email sending and enabling also activated.But still it is in send ignored state. I attached the files.

Any debugging which shows you some info?

 

I just retried on my PDI adding an SMTP account, works immediately.

Hi there,

 

The out-of-the-box SMTP account does not allow you to send emails. You would need to add your own SMTP account. That works fine, tested it multiple times myself.
