Hi @NeethuB ,

Check 'Subscribers' related list in knowledge base.

If it is not there, you can create a custom related list.

Creating Custom Related List

  1. Create New Table:

    • Go to "Tables" module and create a new table named kb_subscribers.
    • Add fields to track subscriber information (e.g., user, knowledge base).
  2. Add Relationship:

    • Create a relationship between kb_knowledge_base and kb_subscribers using a reference field.
  3. Customize Form Layout:

    • Navigate to the form layout customization for kb_knowledge_base.
    • Add the new kb_subscribers related list to the form layout.

If my response helped please mark it correct and close the thread so that it benefits future readers.

Please do not provide information you got from AI without verifying it. One look in the instance would have let you know that no such related list exists and creating it, doesn't make sense, since there already is OOB functionality for it.

You can validate that through the 'sn_actsub_subobject_stream' table (it contains more than just knowledge subscription, but you can apply your own filters.
