I'm trying to retrieve an update set in my PRD instance. I set it as completed in DEV and I thought I was supposed to see it in PRD when I clicked the Retrieve Completed Update Sets. Please assist me I'm still an entry level admin struggling. 🙂

On your Prod instance, when you navigate to System Update Sets > Update Sources, do you see your Dev instance listed as a Remote Instance?
What ever is listed here is the instance that you will be retrieving completed update sets from. So, if you happen to have a "test" instance, you may have to login there, retrieve your update set to that instance and then retrieve it to your Prod instance.

Make sure the user account must have the admin or teamdev_user role on the remote instance.

BINGO!!!!!! Our contractor was still logged in with their username and password. I change it to my name and it's now retrieving the update sets! Thank You Thank You!!!
