Hi you can use approval user activity and place this after task activity where you set it to close

Before Approval activity

use set values to set approval state as requested --approval user activity--set values to set approver as approved/rejected

Hi sorry , I tot approval is for RITM why would you need a approval for closed TASK?

You want to ask approval on a record that is closed, so nothing can change on that record anymore? I can't think of the use case for this, but that the approval is 'no longer required' has to do with the fact that it sees the record has already been finished. Approval is usually used as the starting point to get to work on a record. 

If the task is related to a requested item, you could try to have the approval step there (but if more tasks are on the same ritm, you may have a challenge there too.
