I want to schedule CAB meeting for every Monday and Wednesday(Weekly). But in CAB Workbench I see the meeting only for 1 week. Please HELP?

In CAB Workbench, I only see for the next week and not any other weeks. Please help so that I can schedule calls for every week Monday and Wednesday and it should be visible on the CAB Workbench.

Hello Vaishnavi, 

In the Schedule Entries, there is a field named "Repeat until". In that field, you need to select a date up to which you want to schedule calls. It will generate the meetings for every week up to the date you have selected. 

If you don't see the new meetings in the related list of CAB Definition record, click on the "Refresh CAB Meetings" in the related list.

Hello!

I was following these steps to create recurring CAB Meetings once a month throughout the whole year; I am only seeing 2 months populate, though. Is this a "feature" of ServiceNow, or did I do something wrong somewhere? I am unsure and looking for some others feedback on their experiences. I attached some pictures below for context.

Hello, 

I have tried to implement your meeting schedule on PDI. At first I was also getting the same number of meetings as you are. But when I changed the "Rolling Meeting Window" on Cab Definition, I am getting meetings for specified day.

Try to change the "Rolling Meeting Window" as per your requirement and Refresh the CAB meetings.

Rolling meeting window is used to specify number of days in the future up to which the meetings will be created.
