For some reason, in the Idea Module, I am unable to see the following menus:

Getting Started

Idea Portal

I went into the Application Menu, and the options are there and showing as active, but they are not visible. Am I just looking in the wrong place? I saw a demo on it yesterday and they were showing on the demo, but can't see them on any of my instances (two sub production, one production)

Understand it's changing in Orlando, but these options that shown is supposed to be in NY is not turned on

Yes the PPM plugin is turned on, being using this module for over a year now but the PMO team is now wanting to launch the Idea module but can't do anything in there because I don't have the options on any instance, including personal dev that is on Orlando!

Actually my bad, have a meeting at 1:30 - so maybe sometime between 2:30 - 3:30??

Thanks for your help! Didn't think to check the plugin and do the repair option... All is good across all 3 instances now.

can you help out on this same problem is facing in Quebec, only able to see the menus , there is no portal, no setting .nothing is showing. to repair in my instance there is no repair link in related link.what i need to do,
