incident notification temporary email pdi

I made a notification to be send every time an  incident is created on my pdi.

I ticked both email properties to enable emails for my pdi

Why is an email not sending to the temporary email?

Hi @cchacha 

The reason is that the email account in PDI is not set up, meaning that even if the properties are enabled, the email is still not going through in the instance. You need to set up the email account and server.

You can set up gmail server in PDI:
