Hi everyone!
I'd like to know if on Service Now it's possible to create a report/dashboard to view and search for both Requests and Incidents. I already tried to make a new filter, but it just shows INCs and RITMs separately.
I could merge two reports in a dashboard but the search bar is not available on this model. Could you help me?

Yes. You can create a report on task table and in report condition select Task Type/Class Name as Incident Or Requested Item. That should give you report of both tables in the same report

Hello,
You can use 'Task' table for that purpose and use task type to group RITM and Incident, alternatively you can use 'Date set' concept in reporting in case you want to show both INC and RITM as separate but part of one report. Check below
