I have received a requirement to create a chart to show logged versus resolved tickets for Service Desk agents. Can anyone help me on how to do this in ServiceNow? Can we do ts using normal reporting engine or do we need custom charts?
I prefer normal reporting engine as the requestor needs dates as a filter to be available for him, so that he can keep checking it for a particular time period.
