Non-Production Instance not loading at all

I was in our Non-Production Instance doing some random testing. I went to Content Management to see what I could do with the login and Home page. I changed it - and after first it was loading into a ServiceNow Technology (self-service) kind of page. Then I could not change it back - so I tried doing some searching, and was able to Admin CMS page - change the login page to "clear login" and now the page will not load at all!

Any Ideas on how I can fix this on my own - or do I need to engage a Ticket with ServiceNow HI?

We just upgraded to Istanbul Patch 7.

that almost worked Berny - it shows me that it is redirecting to the log-in page and then stops loading at http://cswgtest.service-now.com/cms/Clean+Login.do

if it's just getting into the instance, can't you login here?
