On-call Groups

Hello. I am working with the on-call plugin and I created a schedule with one of my custom groups. The top schedule is showing up BUT the roster schedules (the assigned tos) are not showing up on the calendar. If I switched the group to one of the OOB groups (service desk, or application development) then it works. Does the On-Call calendar only work for certain groups?

Please help.

This is an example of what I want it to look like - This is using the Application Development group in the Rota. The roster members show up on the calendar.

This blank calendar item containing TASK0001174 has no roster members seen on the calendar. This one is using my custom group in the cmn_rota.   Is there something I am missing? Do I have to use a certain type of group or change some script somewhere?

By Chance did you create your new Rota using the Create New Schedule?

If you did then if you go to My Group Schedules and change the breadcrumb to All you should see the Schedule you created.
