The pre built configuration of ServiceNow when you procure a fresh instance is called OOB(Out of Box)

Hi
"Out of the box" is an old saying in IT meaning features included in the product when you get it.
The old ITSM systems where installed locally and you would get physical installations medias in a box - hence the feature came "out of the box".
Today we should call it "Out of the cloud" instead

Example.
Question: Can I make a client script to adjust which priority is set depending on the values in impact and urgency.
Answer: You don't need to do any scripting. There is an out of the box feature called Priority Lookup Rules which contains a matrix to control this. You only need to adjust the values in there.
