Priority Data Lookup

Hi All,

under the data look up table it already has three fields that pull from the incident table, Impact, Urgency & Priority.

Can you tell me how i can add my own field from an existing table, or tell me if this is possible?

if I can add my own field I can get my priority to calculate from business criticality.

and then add it to your priority lookup table.

The Priority Lookup Table is set up to be leveraged by all task types, not just Incident.   (see that Urgency, Impact, and Priority fields all exist @ task level).   The table itself is simply where the lookup data is stored.   You need to check the Data Lookup Definition as well.


I did add it from the 'Source Table' however how do I get the field at the Matcher table as well?

So what I need is Source Table + Matcher table to have 'Business Criticality' however only Incident table has this, how do I add this onto dl_u_priority table?
