Problem Record related list for Change Requests

Hi folks,

I am having an issue with the Add button when I try to add a Change Record via the Related List in a Problem Record.

When I click on the Add button, I get the below screen and can't search and add a Change Record.

However, the New Button works fine, and I can create a New Change Record.

Any suggestion will be hugely appreciated.

Hello,

There is no any change request with condition parent field is empty that's why it's not showing any record in the list.

If you make parent field empty of any change request then it will show you the change request number and then you can select that change and click on Add selected or Add all.
